Our food service management team catered a wonderful fundraiser last month. Some of the menu features were a grazing table with a local cheese board & an antipasto board, a buffet station with carved herb encrusted sirloin, pan seared Faroe Island salmon, assorted vegetables, and roasted tri-colored potatoes. Great job by the whole team!

Woodsides Pastry Chef put together a great spread for his fourth bake sale this year.
Eggnog cheesecake, peppermint dusted chocolate dipped cream puffs, holiday sugar cookies, gingerbread people, pumpkin-cranberry or banana quick breads, resident pie contest winner recipe vinegar pie tartlets, gingerbread bundt cake and lemon squares.
