Our new account opened in Bedford, NH and our Dining Services Director John and Chef Gerald put on a fabulous event. We had a small gathering of the Board of Directors and treated them with small bite samples from our new All Day Dining Menu. We served panko breaded avocado bites with garlic aioli, Cubano bites with Dijon dressing, individual charcuterie plates with local cheeses, power bowls of ancient grains and chicken, eggplant roulade, flank steak rollatini and Lamingtons, a classic Australian dessert. The gift bags were a very nice gesture for our guests with local maple syrup, magnetic clips, cheese and crackers, and the menu brochure. Great job team!
